This was the scene that greeted me as I opened the door of the Blue house.
The first snow of the season for me. always reminds me of that distant day when I knocked at the door of the home of Adeline Wanatee in the Meskwaki Settlement in Tama, Iowa. You must always thank the first snow and be grateful. It brings the freshness that would clear the air of all diseases.
Thank you, Adeline. I still think of what all you have taught even after these many years.
